02. APPOINTMENT
OF COMMITEE VICE-CHAIRMAN FOR THE YEAR 2010/2011
Cllr. Mrs. J.
Jones proposed and Cllr. J. H. Williams seconded the appointment
of Cllr. R. A. Foxwell as Committee Vice-Chairman who was duly appointed.
03. DECLARATION
OF INTERESTS
Cllr. S. T. Thomas declared an interest in Planning
Application No. 2010/00510 (30 Drylla, Southra Park) and
took no part in the decision for this application.
04. CONFIRMATION
OF MINUTES – The Minutes of
the Planning Committee
Meeting held on
Monday, 10th May 2010
having been previously
circulated were taken as read, and on the Motion of Cllr. J. H.
Williams and seconded by Cllr. Mrs. J. Jones it was RESOLVED - THAT such
Minutes be approved as a true record and signed by the Chairman.

ARISING FROM MINUTES. There were
no matters arising.

PLANNING
APPLICATIONS – Details of the Planning Applications were considered and
the Committee’s recommendations are contained in the Schedule attached.

Cllr.
Mrs. M. R. Hayley referred to a loft extension at this address and which was
causing a disturbance to a resident. The
Committee could not recall a planning application for this work. The Clerk was asked to investigate.
Meliden, Plas Esyllt/Sunnycroft Lane
Cllr.
J. H. Williams referred to land clearance at the above address and the fact
that a mobile home had been situated on the site possibly in preparation for
the undertaking of building works. The
Clerk was asked to investigate.
Manor House Hotel, Sully Road
The Clerk referred to a pending Appeal to the
Planning Inspectorate
by Mr. Pietro Cancelliere against
the refusal of planning permission to use land adjoining the Manor House Hotel
as a landscaped ornamental garden. The
Committee agreed to undertake a site visit prior to agreeing any
representations which the Clerk advised must be submitted by the 29th
June 2010.
