50. APOLOGIES FOR
ABSENCE – Cllrs. S. T. Thomas.
Councillor J. H. Williams joined the
Meeting after consideration of Planning Application No. 2010/00394 which was considered
at the start of the Meeting.
51. DECLARATION
OF INTERESTS. There were no
declarations of interests.
52. CONFIRMATION
OF MINUTES – The Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Tuesday, 30th
March 2010 having been previously circulated were taken
as read, and
on the Motion of Cllr. Mrs. M. R. Hayley and
seconded by Cllr. Mrs. J. Jones
it was RESOLVED - THAT
such Minutes be approved as a
true record and signed by the Chairman.
53. MATTERS ARISING FROM MINUTES. There were no matters arising.
54. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – Details
of the Planning Applications were considered and the Committee’s
recommendations are contained in the Schedule attached.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS.
Cllr. J. H. Williams referred to tree felling at the end of Windyridge Drive and an indication from a member of the public who had been advised by the landowner that this was in preparation for building a house and six flats. The Clerk was asked to investigate the matter.
